Is planetarion anything like it used to be when we played it?

Mainly thinking of:
- Community
- Drama
- Number of players

no.. but im planning to play this round. anyone playing?

I retired the second time over three years ago. I'd gone back out of curiousity and really enjoyed myself and ended up HC for a couple of rounds. I look back now and wonder what i was thinking and have little interest in ever returning for a third run. There really is very little left now and the dreams of what we once had are literally that.

if i could get the game as a clone for use in LAN i might play it again,but no way in hell i ever go back to the insanity of PA oldies...

I might come on the netgamers irc server as been on the Legion Irc server last couple of days and its dead where has everyone gone but dont think i could bother with PA ever again as love my xbox and the call of duty games too much.

The most interesting round of planetarion was round 2, with 3 and 4 following close after.

Round 4 with the paralells really introduced an interesting mechanic, t8p ftw!

I know this is an old thread...but I'm still playing :-) although I only played with u guys for one round (r3), was good memories and fun ;D
