Out of interest, how many Diablo fans have we got here that play on Europe servers.

Maybe legion could a price list up of valuable items, even the budding expert here and there could put there opinions on how to build a good character, what are strong abilities etc, what are not. Best way to play.

i played D2 on eurpe&US servers for many many months and it kept repeating after a while (duh!)
All i did was joining cow levels, running off to mephisto or baal with my best MF items, to get more MF items. I had 5 lvl 90+ characters as well. But as i said, it got too monotonious

Play for over a year now. Name a 1337 item and I have it... heh :)

Natalyas claw, tals armor, etc :D

natalya's claw? bleh, a "give away to n00bs" ehueh

Perhaps its not that usefull but it still is one of the rarest items in the games. It also rox on an assasin. Make the whole set :)

Oddly enough, some people play Assassin.

Anyway, I've got Euro chars, heh.

Oddly enough, I was in love with the Druid. Ofc, in werewolf form :D
With the best maul in my hand, my attack damage in werewolf form was over 4000

This actually isn't that much for a druid :) You get that by merely using the IK maul :D

I've seen druid damage over 8K (fury attack) :)

8k is like fairy tale

Fury Maxed, HoW spirit, etc. Druids are the Kings of mass damage..

4K really ain't that much...

def2k - give me a list of the equipment that would get a druid up to 8k dmg.

or the 'best' equipment that you can think of anyway.

Just to clarify my point.

I've been trying to make a druid....and I wanted to know the best weapon I could use - most people end up saying IK maul.

And let me tell you, ik maul does NOT give you 4k dmg

Basic damage with an ik maul and fury, and no HOW is around 1900-2700

I can only get up to 3500 ish, with Ik maul (low lvl HOW - i wasted points) a lot of other pretty good equipment, a load of +dmg charms (poison/lightning)

Im more than willing to trade for stuff - I just don't know what stuff there is.

Zak, there is (or was, dont know what they removed with new patches) a maul made with 6 rare runes, I forgot the name. It gives u higher damage than IK maul and adds lotsa bonuses hwne u're in werewolf shape..

But thats a hack... So we dont use it.. :)

Cruel Giant tresher or IK maul

Socket about everythin with 40% damage jewels en stock up on +damage chars.

My druid does a mediocre 3K damage with the IK maul. He's also using total crap equip for the rest. With the tright tuning, its gonna be a killer :)

I've got a few chars on Europe.. Hardcore chars of course, since I found it boring that if you killed someone they just came running back.

On Hardcore if ur char dies, he's dead.

I like that. More satisfaction to me (and whining on the loosers side) when someone dies.

HC s only fun when you connection is stable. Mine isn't. I I really hate to loose a char cause of something I can't see.

You learn to do the ESC -> Save and Exit routine very very fast when you play Hardcore...

Soon as you see that blackwall or sense some lag, quit the game, enter a new.

I've died 5 times on level 80+ chars now, and only 1 of the times cuz I lagged out...

Well, I can give HC another try.

I usually die from those pesky lightning monsters cause due to lag the "sparks" don't show up. Real killer :(

I'll soon start a new HC char. I guess I'll make a barb then. Kinda build around VIT :D
