Trackmania Forever
 

If anyone is playing/racing - I created a Legion & friends group in Trackmania (Trackmania Nations forever is free available via steam!). For everyone who doesn't know TM yet, it's a really great racing game, with insane speed and insane tracks :)

Doesn't look free to me - Steam asked me to pay $30 or so...

can download free of their main site from what i saw...

Its been ages since I got steam...but isnt there like some basic package thing you are essentially purchasing when you open a steam account? that could be the 30 bucks youre talkina bout emohawk

There are two versions:
- Trackmania United Forever = $30
- Trackmania Nations Forever = free

United has more environments and more racing modes, but Nations has the same stadium environment and both can play online together. I can only recommend to buy United, but just try out Nations for free ;)

No idea how to do it ingame.

steam invite? I don't think i got any in the last few days? or invite inside of TM? You'll need to add icewolfs there (icewolf was taken already)

To join the TM group, go to ypur profile ingame and add the group (button on the right side)

ok, looks like group only works for full (United) accounts, Nation Forever does not support the groups :(
best way, post your login name, so we can add each other, and if you use steam, also post your steam account :)

I also uploaded our old Legion car, it still works in TMN:F:

Do not unzip, just put the complete zip file into ".../my documents/.../trackmania/skins/vehicles/stadiumcar" - for nations it might be .../Carcommon" instead.
Also other people won't be able to see it, until you have an united account.
