Blocked Websites

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how to access any website, without using one of those proxysites or whatever they're called.

I have the same internet for both my desktop and laptop(wireless connection), I can connect on my laptop but not on the desktop.

Any help is appreciated and most welcome.
