After 3-4 games, you should be able to figure it out. Specially if you have played similar games before, its quite easy, even on the hardest difficulties.
I have found out Im far to good for the AI (witch is crap mostly), so I need to find someone to play against :)
P.S the game is sold as version 1.0, but 1.0 is useless and riddled with bugs. I suggest using 1.03 update, as its the best (I dont like the 1.03b update, couse its not posibily to get experience for your officers).
