I need to find out how to locate a program in memory. Another program then the program that I make.

Thing is, swg makes a logfile but it writes it only per KB. Waay to slow. So i want to get the info right from the memory, I need to find out though how to locate SWG in the memory and how to find the chat lines I want to relay.

THey are there someplace in the windows memory, just how to find them. I didn't have any luck finding any info on google.

Anyone got an idea?

Note sniffing doesnt work, the packets are encoded somehow. Tried that already :(
