I'll have to take a wait and see stance on this game. I played UO for over three years, and it progressively got worse as time passed. Going by OSI's recent pattern of changes for UO, if they stay on course this new game will totally suck.
If, however, they decide to recreate the early years of UO and bring back that type of client base to their gaming community... I'll dive in head first no doubt.
