No new news on release of SWG
Here is the latest news (or lack of latest news):
1. There has been no new official release date
2. Beta 3 has not been opened
3. You will not be able to get into beta 3 without being invited.
4. They have not announced what the monthly fee will be.

Hmm maybe they never will finish the game... or the game will be released in two years and will be über crap...
Let's hope they manage to finish it up to be a good game

From what Axis and Borric have said, the game is going to be well worth the wait.

They say no news is good news...
Personally I don't give a fuck about SWG any more, by the time it is released it will be outdated (if it isn't allready).
Too much hype! If it wasn't a Star Wars game it wouldn't even be released, it would have been scrapped a long time ago...

i doubt this very much, as the systems that will be used (not gfx and stuff but for play) are unlike any that are used now.
also, swg was/is planned to have sequals and is there4 actually quite ahead of its time :)
if u wanna speak bout outdated say eve :D

I agree with Emo...
SWG is gonna flop, too much mess
And yes, the gfx was nice one year ago... now it's merely average
The gameplay was revolutionary... now it's back, head to head with all the other mmorpg's
The fact that it is, after all, Star Wars remains. But sadly that's all that remains

BS: believe me, the gfx is great - the best gfx i've ever seen in an MMORGP (and you can't compare MMORPG gfx to single player games).
The gameplay is still unique and no other MMORPG has one like that.
btw. beta 3 has started in April.

While you wait, try out Shadowbane.
And quit talking about GFX; its irrelevant in a MMORPG. Its about gameplay and PvP mechanics, nothing more.
Again, try Shadowbane, best MMORPG/PvP game out since the devs of UO decided to screw over their own excellent game with ghey carebear patches in 1997.
And personally, I refuse to judge SWG untill the game is finished. You can't evaluate shit about a MMORPG untill it hits final release.
