Personally I'd give it a border and move the 'Infected' type down a bit so it doesnt look like its cut off the letters. Other than that, not a bad effort :)

i would make the green tube more a 3d tube with more aqua effect on it then now

I like the style of your sig link ;)
It inspired my new one :P (Which is also the fastest sig I've ever made heh, took about 10 mins ;) )
However... theres something a bit dodgy with the edges, dunno if its the compression you've used or what but they're all jagged and kinda rough looking. Maybe smooth them out a bit?
