I was experimenting with polar coordinates distort effect on my last sig b4 this one then decided to try somthing more of a techring effect and after making a dark sorta cloudy background I just overlayed and outer glowed the rings layer after I transform/distorted the rings and Eagle into the angle I wanted em. Add some simple text and voilla the overall look was kinda sexy I thought heh.
